Shipping Policy

We Do Not Ship To PO Boxes. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We are not responsible if USPS cannot gain access, make the delivery or if you provided an insufficient address.

  • Please allow up to 1-2 Business Days For Handling. Handling Time May Be Added To Estimated Delivery Dates.

    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order on our website or email us at dollfranshop@gmail.com

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days (exclusions apply, please see below). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

The product must be in new condition with the original packaging. Not torn, worn or damaged.

Exchanges can be made for any product or size. Returns are given in store credit & all sales are final. No returns on Promotional Sales, Discounted Orders, Clearance Items & International Orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange process.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to an incorrect address is given or if they are unable to gain entry/access.
